    I have tried Effexor, I've been on it for 8 months. Let me tell you I'm going to give up I have genuine had no relief (apart from maybe placebo effect at the start) So frustrating. My ETS consultation is tomorrow!

    Here is my analogy of why ETS would cause difference in metabolism ( weight gain/ weight fluctuations ) The reason why I thought it would cause weight fluctuations is because Bmr ( basal metabolic rate ) metabolism at rest is affected by 1) thermogenesis ( body temp related ) and 2) heart Rate.
    Having said that, I'm guessing because our bodies get hot and sweat in other places we still have the same amount of heat in our bodies but it's just compensated in different places?
